- 1kg octopus
- 200g onions chopped finely
- 400g tomatoe sauce
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 glass red wine
- Dill
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- In a pan with water and salt boil the octopus for 15minutes. After that put it in a bowl with water and leave it for 5minutes then chop it in small pieces.
- While the octopus boils chop an onion and fry it with 4tbs of olive oil until they are golden. Then add the tomatoe sauce, octopus, pepper, salt and in the end add the wine.
- Let it boil for 5 minutes in high heat and add the dill.
- Low the heat , mix together and let it boil in low heat for 1hour.
- In the end serve hot.

- Ne nje tenxher vendosim oktapodin te ziej ne uje me kripe per 15minuta duke e kthyer nga te dyja anet. Me pas e kullojme dhe e hedhim ne nje ene me uje te vaket, e leme per 5minuta dhe me pas e presim ne copa ate vogla.
- Gjate kohes qe kemi lene oktapodin te ziej presim qepen dhe e hedhim ne nje tigan me 4luge vaj ulliri dhe e leme te skuqet derisa te marri ngjyre te arte. Me pas shtojme oktapodin e prere imet,salcen e domates,piperin,kripe,dhe ne fund e shuajme me 1gote vere.
- E leme te marre vale per 5minuta ne zjarr te forte dhe shtojme kopren e grire imet.
- Ja ulim temperaturen, I perziejme te gjithe perberesit ngadale,i vendosim kapakun dhe e leme te zieje ne zjarr te avashte per rreth 1ore .
- Ne fund serviret e ngrohte.
