Preparation:
- In a bowl mix together sugar eggs. Then add the coconut powder vanilla and panna.
- Mix again. Put the mixture in the fridge for 30minutes.
- Past the 30 min add to the mixture flour baking powder and mix together.
- Take a baking pan and greasse it with oil and a little flour. Add the mixture.
- Put the baking pan in a preheated oven at 160C for 40minutes.
- Let it cool down and serve.

- Pluhur kokosi 200g.
- Veze 3 kokrra
- Sheqer 150g
- Miell 150g
- Pana per embelsira 250g
- Baking powder 1 pako
- Vanilje 1 pako
Pergatitja:
- Ne nje ene rrahim vezet me sheqerin. Me pas shtojme pluhurin e kokosit, vaniljen dhe panen e embelsires.
- I rrahim sebashku derisa te krijohet nje mase e njetrajtshme. Me pas masen e pergatitur e fusim ne frigorifer per 30minuta.
- Pasi kemi nxjerre masen nga frigoriferi i shtojme miellin, baking powderin dhe me pas i trazojme sebashku.
- Ne fund marrim nje ene te cilen e kemi lyer me vaj dhe me pak miell. Hedhim masen e pergatitur.
- E fusim taven ne nje furre te parangrohur 160C per 40 minuta.
- Pasi eshte ftohur e servirim.
