Spaghetti with rucola and cherry tomatoes/ Spageti me rukola dhe domate qershi

Ingrediens:
  1.  1 spaghetti packet
  2. 150g choped rucola
  3. 2 crushed garlic cloves
  4.  2 tablespoon of olive oil
  5. 60g goat cheese
  6.  100g cherry tomatoes
  7. 1 red bell pepper
  8. Salt,
  9.  pepper.
Preparation:

  • First we cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Then chop the cheese and red bell pepper in cubic and leave aside.
  • Take a cooking pot, fill with water and add salt. After the water starts to boil, add the pasta and leave it to boil.
  •  In a frying pan add 2 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 crashed garlic cloves. After that we add the tomatoes, salt and pepper. Leave them for 2 minutes in a low temperature, stiring continuously. If you want you can add the red pepper. Leave them to cook for 1 minute
  • In the end add the pasta into the pan with two tablespoon of the water where we boiled the spagheti.
  • If you don't like the fresh aroma of rucola you can add them in the pan together with the pasta. Leave them for 2 minutes until the aromas blend together. 
  • At last add the choped cheese.
  • Serve in a plate after 2 minutes.

  •  Ne fillim presim ne gjysem domatet qershize,presim ne kubik djathin e bardhe dhe specin e kuq ne menyre te tille qe ti kemi gati per me pas. 
  • Vendosim nje tenxhere me uje te bollshem dhe pak kripe ne zjarr. 
  • Pasi uji fillon te valoj hedhim makaronat per ti zjere. 
  •  Gjate kohes qe kemi makaronat ne zjerie, ne nje tigan vendosim 2luge vaj ulliri dhe hudhrat e shtypura lehte, I lem derisa hudhra te marri ngjyre dhe te leshoj aromen me pas shtojme domatet qershize shtojme kripen dhe piperin e I lem per 2 minuta ne zjarr te lehte por duke I trazuar vazhdimisht. Hedhim specin(sipas deshires) e I lem dhe 1minut ne zjarr te ngadalte 
  •  Ne fund Hedhim makaronat qe kane zjer se bashku me 2 luge uje nga lengu i makaronave. 
  • Gjithashtu ne qoftese nuk na terheq era e rukoles e shtojme ate ne tigane ( ne te kundert i shtojme ne fund kur do bejme servirjen )dhe I lem gati 2 minuta se bashku me makaronat 
  • Ne hapin e fundit hedhim djathin e bardhe te prere ne kubik ne menyre te tille qe ti japi nje shije me te mire. 
  •  I leme pakez te ftohen dhe I servirim.
