Tangerine gliko / Gliko manderine

Ingredients 

  1. 1kg tangerines
  2.  500g sugar 
  3. 200ml water 


Preparation 

  • Firstly wash the tangerines with cold water and then put them in a pan with boiling water for 5 minutes. 
  • Take them out leave for a few minutes and then put them back in the boiling water. Repeat for 3 times the same routine. 
  • Then wash them with cold water again. 
  • Prepare the syrup. 
  • Leave them boil for 2 hours in low heat. 
  • The glikon is ready.

Pergatitja 

  • Ne fillim i lajme manderinat me uje te ftohte dhe i hedhim ne nje tenxhere me uje te nxehte te valojne per 5minuta. 
  • Me pas i nxjerrim i kullojme dhe i hedhim perseri ne uje te ziejne. 
  • Kete menyre e perserisim 3 here. Me pas i shpelajme me uje te ftohte dhe pergatisim shurupin.
  •  Dhe i leme te ziejne per 2ore ne zjarr te ngadalte dhe glikoja eshte gati.
