- 1kg tangerines
- 500g sugar
- 200ml water
Preparation
- Firstly wash the tangerines with cold water and then put them in a pan with boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Take them out leave for a few minutes and then put them back in the boiling water. Repeat for 3 times the same routine.
- Then wash them with cold water again.
- Prepare the syrup.
- Leave them boil for 2 hours in low heat.
- The glikon is ready.

- Me pas i nxjerrim i kullojme dhe i hedhim perseri ne uje te ziejne.
- Kete menyre e perserisim 3 here. Me pas i shpelajme me uje te ftohte dhe pergatisim shurupin.
- Dhe i leme te ziejne per 2ore ne zjarr te ngadalte dhe glikoja eshte gati.
