- 500gr pepper
- 200gr ricotta
- 1dsp sesame seeds
- 50gr fresh parsley
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Preparation:
- Firstly wash and clean the peppers frok the seeds.
- Then mix ricotta with sesame seeds, parsley, salt and ground pepper and 1tbs olive oil.
- Stuff one by one the peppers.
- Put them in a baking tray and put on top some salt and olive oil.
- Put the baking tray in a preheated oven at 200 C for 30 minutes.

- Ne fillim lajme dhe pastrojmë specat nga farat.
- Me pas gjizen e perziejme me susamin,majdanozin,kripe,piper dhe 1luge gjelle vaj ulliri.
- Marim specat 1 e nga 1 dhe i mbushim me perzierjen e pergatitur.
- I vendosim te gjitha specat ne nje tave persiper ju hedhim vaj ulliri dhe kripe.
- I fusim ne nje furre te parangrohur ne 200 C per 30min.
