Mushroom & Goat Cheese Bruschetta / Brusketa me Kerpudha dhe Djathe Dhie

Ingredients
  1. Fresh Mushrooms
  2. Goat Cheese
  3. 1tbs butter
  4. 1garlic
  5. bread
  6. salt 
  7. pepper
  8. olive oil
  9. parsley
Preparation:
  • Firstly peal the mushrooms and cut in fine pieces. 
  • In a pan put some butter and garlic. Then add the mushrooms and let them fry for 5minutes. 
  • In the end add salt and parsley.
  • Then in the mixer put cheese and 2 tbs olive oil until you have a creamy mass.
  • Put some pieces of bread in the oven for 5 minutes and then add some of the creamy mass on top. Add also the prepared mushrooms.

  8. vaj ulliri
  9. majdanoz

Pergatitje;
  • Ne fillim qerojme kerpudhat dhe i presim ne feta shume te holla. 
  • Ne nje tigan hedhim gjalpin dhe hudhren qe ti japi arome e me pas shtojme kerpudhat te cilat i leme te skuqen per 5minuta. Ne fund hedhim kripen dhe majdanozin. 
  • Me pas ne mikser hedhim djathin dhe 2luge vaj ulliri per tu formuar nje mase kremoze.
  •  I vendosim fetat e bukes ne furre per 5minuta dhe me pas i lyejme me masen kremoze te formuar nga djathi dhe ju hedhim persiper dhe kerpudhat e pergatitura.
