- 500gr Spaghetti
- 3 tomatoes
- 10-15 fresh basil leaves
- 1 core garlic
- salt
- sugar
- pepper
- olive oil
- white cheese
Preparation
- Firstly cut the basil in small pieces.
- Peel the tomatoes and cut in cubic.
- Do the same thing with garlic cloves.
- In a bowl put the basil, tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- Mix together several times. Cover the mixture and put it in the fridge for 5min.
- Meanwhile put a pan with water to boil and add a teaspoon of salt. Add the pasta.
- While the pasta boils prepare the sauce.
- In another pan add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add the mixture in the fridge, 1teaspoon with sugar to low the tomatoes acidity.
- Mix until ready. In the end take off the pasta from boiling and add the sauce on top.
- Serve warm. In the plate you can add some grated cheese.

- Ne fillim presim gjethet e borzilokut ne copa te vogla.
- Me pas pasi kemi qeruar domatet nga cipa i presim ne kubik.
- Gjithashtu presim edhe hudhren ne copa te vogla.
- Ne nje ene hedhim gjethet e borzilokut domatet hudhren, kripen piperin dhe 2luge gjelle vaj ulliri i perziejme disa here e mbulojme me kapak dhe e fusim ne frigorifer per 5minuta qe te marinohet me mire.
- Nderkohe kemi vendosur nje ene me uje ne zjarr, ne te cilen hedhim nje luge caj me kripe.
- Shtojme makaronat. Gjate kohes qe ziejme makaronat pergatisim salcen.
- Ne nje tigan hedhim 1luge vaj ulliri, shtojme domatet e vendosura ne frigorifer, nje luge caj me sheqer per te larguar thartesine e domateve.
- E trazojme here pas here derisa te jete bere gati.
- Ne fund kullojme makaronat ju hedhim persiper salcen dhe i servirim te ngrohta.
- Ne pjate persiper ju hedhim edhe pak djath te bardhe.
