You can eat them almost every day and never get tired of.

Ingredients:
- 2eggs
- 200ml milk
- 250g flour
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1teaspoon sugar
Preparation:
- In a bowl add sugar, salt and 2eggs and mix them.
- Then add half the milk, flour and mix together well.
- In the end add the other half of the milk.
- In a hot pan put some of the mixture and form a round thin layer.
- Let it bake both sides and then put it in a plate.
- You can fill the crepe with everything you like.

Te gatuash krepa eshte e thjesht.
Ato jane shume te shijshem dhe te shendetshem njekohesisht.
Mund ti hash cdo dite dhe mos te merzitesh kurre.
Krepat mund ti mbushesh me cdo gje qe ju pelqen qe nga mishi i pules, djath, perime tek nutella, cokollata, fruta etj.
Perberesit:
- 2veze
- 200ml qumesht
- 250gr miell
- 1luge caj kripe
- 1luge caj sheqer
Pergatitja:
- Ne nje ene hedhim sheqerin kripen dhe 2vezet e I trazojme.
- Me pas shtojme gjysmen e qumeshtiti dhe miellin e I perziejme qe te mos krijohen kokrriza.
- Ne fund shtojme gjysmen tjeter te qumeshtit.
- Ne nje tigan te nxehet hedhim nje mase te caktuar te perberjes dhe e perhapim ne gjithe tiganin me avash ne fillim nga nje ane e me pas nga ana tjeter derisa krepa te piqet totalisht.
- Ne fund e mbushim sipas deshires dhe e servivrim
