You say summer and you think of sun; sea; beach and ofcourse sea food.
Sea food salad is an easy recepie , quick to prepare and delicious.
- 200g sea food
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tomatoe
- 1/2 lemon
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation:
- Firstly wash the sea food leave them in a bowl with salt and pepper.
- Chop the onion and tomatoe in cubics.
- Put the onion in a frying pan and leave until they have a golden colour.
- Add the sea food and leave for some minutes(not to much). Then add the tomatoes and in the end add the lemon.
- When ready serve in a plate.

- Gjysem kokrre domate
- Gjysem kokrre limoni
- Vaje ulliri
- Kripe
- Piper
Pergatitja
- Ne fillim lajme frutat e detit dhe I leme menjane e ju hedhim kripe e piper
- Grijme qepen ne kubik se bashku me gjysmen e kokrres se domates
- I vendosim qepet ne tigane dhe I leme derisa te marin nje ngjyre te arte
- Me pas shtojme frutat e detit I leme derisa ne te na duket e pershtatshme me pas ju shtojme domatet dhe ne fund fare ju shtojme limonin
- Kur te behen gati I heqim nga zjarri dhe I servirim
