Quince with red wine and cinnamon/ Ftonj me vere te kuqe dhe kanelle


 Ingredients
  1.  4 Quince
  2.  1 glass of red wine 
  3. 200g brown sugar 
  4. 100g cinnamon

 Preparation
  •  Firstly cut the quince in half and remove the seeds by creating a hole. 
  • Then fill them with red wine, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  •  Bake in a preheated oven for 60minutes at 150C. 
  • You can eat with pana for desserts.

Pergatitja
  •  Ne fillim presim ftonjte ne mes dhe i pastrojme nga farat duke krijuar nje grope ne mes te ftonjeve. Me pas ata i mbushim me vere te kuqe sheqer kafe dhe kanelle.
  •  I pjekim ne nje furre te parangrohur per 60minuta ne 150C.
  •  Mund te shoqerohet edhe me pana embelsire
