- 300g shredded kadaif
- 5 dough for pie(same used for baklava)
- 300g nuts
- 300g butter
Ingredients for syrup
- 500g sugar
- 500ml water
Preparation
- Firstly cut the dough for pie vertically.
- Fill them with the shredded kadaif, 1teaspoon butter and nuts then roll up.
- Do the same thing for the whole kadaif until the baking tray is filled.
- In the end put on top some melted butter and put it in a preheated oven at 130-150C for 1hour.
- Once baked take it out from the oven and let it cool down covering it up for 2 days.
- After 2 days cover it with the syrup and it is ready to serve.

- Ne fillim presim petat persegjati ne nje gjatesi prej 5cm.
- I mbushim brenda me kadaifin, 1luge caj me gjalp , arra, me pas i mbledhim rulon.
- Veprojme keshtu nje e nga nje me te gjitha pjeset e kadaifit derisa te mbushet tepsia.
- Ne fund i hedhim persiper pak gjalp te shkrire dhe e fusim ne nje furre te parangrohur ne 130-150 c per 1 ore.
- Pasi e nxjerrim nga furra e leme te ftohet dhe e leme te mbuluar me nje leter celefoni per 2 dite ne menyre te tille qe te shkriftoset kadaifi.
- Me pas i hedhim persiper sherbetin e pergatitur dhe eshte gati per tu servirur.
