Carrot Cake with Chocolate Ganache / Kek me Karrota dhe Cokollat Ganache

Ingredients 

  1. 500g carrots 
  2. 4 eggs 
  3. 100g flour
  4.  100g sugar 
  5. 100ml sunflower oil 
  6. 1 baking powder
  7.  100g black chocolate



Preparation

  •  Firstly peel the carrots and chop in small pieces. Put them in the mixer with sugar and oil.
  •  Mix together until you form a homogeneous mass. 
  • In a bowl add eggs and a pinch of salt and beat them together.
  •  Then add the mass of carrots and mix again. In the end add the flour and the baking powder.
  •  Take a baking tray and on top put a baking papper and add the prepared mass. 
  • Put it in a preheated oven at 180 C for 45 minutes. 
  • Melt the chocolate and cover the cake with it. 
  • You can add even nuts on top if you want.

100ml vaj luledielli
1baking powder
100gr cokollate e zeze


Pergatitja:

  •  Ne fillim pastrojme karrotat I presim copa te vogla dhe I hedhim ne mikser se bashku me sheqerin dhe vajin. 
  • I grijme derisa te jete formuar nje mase homogjene. 
  • Ne nje ene hedhim vezet dhe pakez kripe dhe I rrahim se bashku, me pas shtojme masen e krijuar nga karrotat, I trazojme perseri.
  •  Ne fund shtojme miellin dhe baking powder.
  •  Ne nje tepsi shtojme letren e guzhines poshte dhe siper I hedhim perzierjen e fusim ne nje furre te parangrohur ne 180C per 45min. 
  • Ne fund shkrijme cokollaten ne banjo marin edhe ia hedhim kekut siper, sipas deshires mund ti shtojme edhe arra per dekorim.
