Apple Strudel\ Strudel me Molle

(English)

Ingredients:
  1. 1puff pastry 
  2. 60g sugar 
  3. 4 apples 
  4. 60g butter 
  5. 4 biscuits 
  6. 100g nuts
  7. cinnamon

Preparation:
  • Firstly put a pan in heat. Add butter and let melt, then add the sugar. 
  • Meanwhile cut apples in small pieces and mix with the butter and sugar paste. 
  • Chope finely the biscuits (not turn into powder) and do the same with the nuts. 
  • Add some cinnamon to the apples. In the end add the biscuits and nuts. 
  • Take off from heat and mix continously. Leave the paste to cool off a little.
  • Take the puff pastry and cut in half. Take some of the mass and create a layer and then fold.Create another layer and fold again. After that cut in equal pieces. Do the same thing with the other half. 
  • Preheat the oven at 180C and put the baking pan for 20-25minutes.
  • When ready, take it out and let cool off.
  • When serve powder with powdered sugar.

  • Ne fillim vendosim nje tigan ne zjarr. Hedhim gjalpin e leme te shkrije e me pas hedhim sheqerin. Gjate kohes qe sheqeri shkrine, grijme mollen ne rende ose ne copa te vogla sipas deshires dhe i hedhim brenda tek gjalpi e sheqeri 
  • Me pas ne grirese grijme biskotat, me pas arrat(ato nuk duhet te behen totalisht pluhur) 
  • Molleve iu shtojme kanellen.Ne fund i shtojme biskotat dhe arrat.
  •  I heqim nga zjarri dhe i trazojme vazhdimisht.e
  • E leme masen te ftohet pakez. 
  • Marrim peten e sfoliatit e presim me gjysem Marrim masen e krijuar dhe shtrojme nje shtrese dhe e mbledhim me pas nje shtrese dhe e mbledhim.Ne fund i presim ne copa te barabarta .Ne te njeten menyre veprojme dhe me gjysmen tjeter te petes 
  • I vendosim ne nje furre te paranxehur me temp180grade per 20-25 minura. 
  • Pasi te jete bere gati e nxjerrim nga furra ,e leme te ftohet.
  •  Ne momentin qe do e servirim u hedhim dhe sheqer pluhur.
