Orange and chocolate cake\ Torte me portokall dhe cokollate

(English)


Ingredients:
  1. 6 eggs
  2. 100g sugar
  3.  200g butter
  4. 3 tablespoon with cocoa powder
  5. 1 baking powder
  6. 250g flour
  7. 1/2 cup orange juice
  8. Almonds ( for decoration/ if you wish)
Ingredients for the cream:
  1. 500ml cream for dessert(panna montata)
  2. 300g chocolate
  3. orange zest

Preparation: Mix together the butter and sugar, then add the egg yolk and mix with a mixer. Add the 1/2 orange juice and then the flour and 3 tablespoon cocoa powder. In another bowl whipe the egg whites until they form a foam. In the end mix together the two bowls. 
In a baking pan spread some flour and oil and add the mas. Put the baking pan in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180C.
Cream preparation:
Meanwhile the cake is in the oven prepare the cream. Put the pot in low heat and add the cream, chocolate and the orange zest. Mix together until the chocolate is melted.
Bring out the oven the cake and let cool down for 10 minutes. In the end add the chocolate cream. You may put some almond on top for decoration.

Pergatitja Ne fillim rrahim se bashku margarine me sheqerin e me pas I shtojme te verdhat e vezeve dhe vazhdojme e I rrahim perseri me mikser .Pas kesaj i shtojme lengun e nje gjysme portokalli e me pas miellin e 3luge gjelle kakao Gjate kesaj kohe ne nje ene tjeter rrahim se bashku te bardhat e vezes deri sa te behen shkume e ne fund I bashkojme se bashku. Ne fund bejme enen gati te cilen e kemi lyer me vaj dhe pak miell dhe I vendosim ne nje furre te parangrohur per 30min ne temp 180C
Pergatitja e kremit
Gjate kohes qe kemi torten ne furre fillojme pergatitjen e kremit Ne nje zjarre te avashet vendosim nje tenxhere ku hedhim panen per embelsira,cokollaten dhe levoren e nje portokalli. Fillojme e I trazojme se bashku derisa cokollata te kete shkrire komplet. E nxierrim torten nga furra e leme te ftohet per gati 10min e ne fund I shtojme kremin e cokollates.Persiper mund ta dekorojme me bajame
