Tangerine gliko / Gliko manderine

Ingredients 

  1. 1kg tangerines
  2.  500g sugar 
  3. 200ml water 


Preparation 

  • Firstly wash the tangerines with cold water and then put them in a pan with boiling water for 5 minutes. 

Quince with red wine and cinnamon/ Ftonj me vere te kuqe dhe kanelle


 Ingredients
  1.  4 Quince
  2.  1 glass of red wine 
  3. 200g brown sugar 
  4. 100g cinnamon

 Preparation
  •  Firstly cut the quince in half and remove the seeds by creating a hole. 

Sesame bread / Kulac me susam

Ingredients 
  1. 500g flour 
  2. 100g sesame seeds 
  3. 200ml greek yoghurt 
  4. 100ml sunflower oil 
  5. 100ml water
  6.  3 eggs
  7.  Baking soda
  8.  Salt
