- 150gr butter, room temp
- 80 gr superfine sugar
- 300gr all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- raw sugar
Preparation
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy after this we add the egg
- Mix in flour until mixture resembles crumb texture
- Hand work for crumb until dough forms
- Shape the dough into a long rectangular prism
- Sprinkle raw sugar on wax paper
- Roll dough in sugar
- Transfer sugar-coated dough onto plastic
- We put the dough in the freezer or in the fridge for about 20minutes until firm.
- We cut each square about 1cm apart.
- Bake at 225 grade C for 20minutes.

- Ne fillim rrahim se bashku gjalpin dhe sheqerin pluhur dhe shtojme vezen.
- Me pas shtojme miellin dhe i rrahim se bashku.
- E punojme miellin me dore derisa te formohet nje brum i njetrajtshem te cilit i japim formen e nje drejtekendeshi.
- Anet e tij i bejme me sheqer me kokrriza, me pas i mbeshtjellim ne nje leter plastike dhe i fusim ne frigorifer per 20min.
- Kur e nxjerrim nga frigoriferi i presim ne copa 1cm larg njera tjetres.
- Ne fund i fusim ne furre me nje temp 225g C per 20min.
- Kur te ftohen jane gati per tu servirur.
