Preparation
- Firstly we put a large pot with salted water to boil and then add the pasta.
- Meanwhile start making the sauce. Take some fresh basil leaves, 1tablespoon olive oil and stir together. Later add cheese rind and mix again. In the end add the avocado and stir.
- The sauce is ready.
- Finally add the sauce to the pasta and serve.

- 500g makarona
- Gjethe te fresketa borziloku
- 150g djath kackavall
- 1 avokado(ose me shume nese deshironi)
- Kripe
- Piper
- Vaj ulliri
Pergatitja:
- Fillimisht ne nje tenxhere hedhim uje, kripe dhe e vendosim te zjeje. Me pas hedhim makaronat.
- Nderkohe qe makaronat ziejne pergatisim salcen. Marrim gjethet e borzilokut, 1luge gjelle vaj ulliri dhe i grijme ne mikser sebashku. Me pas shtojme djathin kackavall dhe ne fund avokadon.
- Salca eshte gati. Ne fund pas zierjes se makaronava i shtojme salce dhe i servirim.
