Pasta Flora



Ingrediens


  1. 200g butter 
  2. 100ml oil
  3. 500g flour
  4. 3 eggs 
  5. 200g sugar
  6. 1 baking powder.
  7. 500g jam ( of any flavour you wish)
Preparation

  • Firstly in a bowl put sugar, butter, oil and mix together until the sugar is melted totally. 
  • At last add the flour and baking powder and mix with an electric mixer the whole mass.
  • Take a baking pan and greasse it with oil.
  • Open the dough in a circle shape and put it at the baking pan. Add in it the jam. At last put on top some stripes of dough for decoration.
  • Put the baking pan in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 30 minutes. When ready take it out and let cool down and serve.

  1. 200gr gjalp 
  2. 100ml vaj 
  3. 500gr miell 
  4. 3kokrra veze 
  5. 200gr sheqer 
  6. 1baking powder 
  7. 500gr recel kumbulle(mund te perdoret cfaredo lloj receli) 
Pergatitja
  • Ne fillim hedhim ne nje ene gjalpin se bashku me vajin sheqerin dhe vezet i rrahim se bashku me rrahese elektrike derisa sheqeri te jete tretur komplet. 
  • Ne fund shtojme miellin se bashku me baking powderin dhe i trazojme se bashku derisa te krijohet nje brum kompakt. 
  • Marrim nje ene ku do te vendosim embelsiren; e lyejme me vaj. 
  • Me pas marrim brumin dhe me anen e nje peci e hapim dhe e shtrojme tek ena sipper i hedhim recelin e kumbulles dhe ne fund vendosim disa shirita te bere me brumin e petes dhe ia vendosim persiper per zbukurim. 
  • E fusim ne nje furre te parangrohur ne 180C per 30minuta 
  • Pasi e nxjerrim nga furra e leme te ftohet dhe e servirim.
