- 5 chicken fillet
- 200g nuts
- 100g white cheese
- 50g kashkaval cheese
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 carrot( if you like)
- Cut the chicken breasts in the middle and marinade with olive oil, pepper, salt.
- Chop 100g nuts with an electric mixer. We will use them to cover the fillet .
- Chop the other nuts together with the cheese for the filling.
- Take the chicken fillet and fill them. On top you can add some carrots.( if you want).
- Twine the fillet and grease with olive oil and add on top the nuts.
- Put in a preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.

- 100 gr djathe te bardhe
- 50 gr djathe kackavall
- Vaj ulliri
- Piper
- Kripe
- 1karrote (sipas deshires)
- Presim ne mes filetot e pules dhe I marinojme me vaj ulliri,kripe,piper.
- Me pas 100gr arra I grijme ne rrahesen elektrike.
- Keto do jua vendosim filetove persiper.
- Ndersa pjesen tjeter e grijme se bashku me djatherat, qe te pergatisim mbushjet per filetot e pules.
- Mbushim filetot me masen e pergatitur,persiper mund t'ju shtoni dhe karrota te grira( nese deshironi). Me pas I mbyllim me ane te spangove te gatimit dhe I lyejme me vaj ulliri e perisper u hedhim arrat e grira
- I fusim ne nje furre te parangrohur ne 180C per 20minuta
