Pancakes without milk

Do you have a free day? 

This is a perfect Recipe  for a late Breakfast.

You run out of milk, or you just don't drink milk like me 😂, don't worry you can make pancakes with water or yogurt.


Ingredients:

1- 100 gr. All-purpose flour

2- Baking powder

3- Salt

4- Granulated sugar

5- 50ml Water or yogurt 

6- Egg

7- Butter

8- Nutella/ Banana/ Berries

Preparation

1- In a large bowl mix together: sugar, a pinch of salt, baking powder, butter,  flour and water.

2- Mix with a whisk or a fork until smooth

3- Heat a non - stick pan over a medium-high heat with a little oil.

4- Pour a small amount of the homogeneous mass in the preheated pan. Wait until bubbles form to flip. Continue cooking for an additional minute until brown on the other side. 

5- Remove from the pan and decorate with whatever you like or have in the fridge. I used Nutella, Banana and Berries.
