Soup with salmon head/Supe me koke Salmoni

Ingredients
  1. 1salmon head    
  2.  1celery
  3. 1carrote
  4. 2potato
  5. 1onion
  6. bay laurel
  7. salt
  8. pepper
  9. olive oil
  10. 1dish spoon corn flour

Preparation:
  • In a pan with salt and dafina put the salmon's head to boil for 15min. 
  • Meanwhile cut the onion in cubics and fry it with 3 tbs of olive oil. Add the carrots, selary and in the end a patatoe in cubics. 
  • Add one tbs with corn flour to make the juice thicker.
  • After the salmon is boiled, take the juice and mix it with the other ingredients.
  •  Leave the salmon cool down and peel it. Pour the soup in the end after the vegetables have boiled. Serve hot.

  • Ne nje ene me uje te vaket, kripe dhe gjethe dafine hedhim koken e salmonit te zieje per 15min.
  •  Gjate kesaj kohe presim ne kubik qepen dhe e skuqim me 3luge vaj ulliri. Me pas shtojme karrotat, selinone dhe ne fund pataten te prere ne kubik te vegjel. 
  • Shtojme dhe nje luge gjelle me miell misri per te trashur lengun.
  •  Pasi eshte ziere salmoni i marrim lengun dhe e bashkojme me perberesit e tjere kurse salmonin e leme te ftohet dhe e pastrojme nga halat dhe e  hedhim ne supe ne fund pas zierjes se perimeve. E servirim te ngrohte.
