How to prepare Crepe /Si te pergatisim Krepa

Making crepe it's easy. 
They are a delicious and healthy meal. 
You can eat them almost every day and never get tired of. 
You may fill them with everything you like from chicken, cheese vegetables to nutella, chocolate, fruits and so on.

Ingredients:
  1. 2eggs 
  2. 200ml milk
  3. 250g flour 
  4. 1teaspoon salt 
  5. 1teaspoon sugar

Soup with salmon head/Supe me koke Salmoni

Ingredients
  1. 1salmon head    
  2.  1celery
  3. 1carrote
  4. 2potato
  5. 1onion
  6. bay laurel
  7. salt
  8. pepper
  9. olive oil
  10. 1dish spoon corn flour

Preparation:
  • In a pan with salt and dafina put the salmon's head to boil for 15min.
