Chicken fillet with orange sauce\Fileto pule me salce portokalli

One of the most popular dishes in Asia.It is delicious and very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
  1.  2 chicken breast fille cuted in cubics
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 1 cup with flour
  4. 1 or 2 teaspoons with Tabasco
  5. Salt 
  6. Pepper

Ingredients for the sauce:
  1. 4 tablespoons with mayonnaise
  2. Half orange zest
  3. 1/2 fresh orange juice


Preparation:
  • Firstly cut the chicken fillet in cubics. In a bowl brak the eggs, add salt and tabasco. Mix until you have a homogeneous mass. Then add the chicken fillet and let rest for 2 minutes
  • In a plate add flour and then the fillet. Cover them with flour and after that put in a baking pan with a aluminum foil with a little oil. 
  • Put the chicken fillet in the oven for 15 minutes in 200 degree C. 
  • Meanwhile start preparate the sauce. 
  • In a bowl put 4 tablespoon with mayonnaise, the orange juice and zest and also add tabasco if you want it more spicy. 
  • After 15 minutes bring out the fillet and put them in a pan , add the sauce and leave for 15 minutes to cook. 
  • Mix together. 
  • Leave to rest and then serve.

  1. 2fileto pule te prera ne kubike 
  2. 3 veze 
  3.  1 filxhan miell 
  4. 1 ose 2 luge caj Tabasco 
  5. Kripe 
  6. piper 

Perberesit per salcen
  1. 4 luge gjelle me majoneze 
  2. Gjysem lekure portokalli 
  3. 1/2 gotë lëng portokalli të freskët 

Pergatitja
  • Presim filetot e pules ne kubik 
  • Ne enen ku kemi vezet,hedhim kripen, dhe tabaskon, I trazojme derisa te krijohet nje mase homogjene.Me pas hedhim filetot e pules e I leme per 2minuta
  • Ne nje pjate hedhim miellin dhe me pas filetot e pules I lyejme me miell e I kalojme direkte ne tepsine qe I kemi shtruar letren e aluminit(Ne fillim e lyejme letren e aluminit me vaj) 
  • I fusim filetot ne furre per rreth 15min ne temperature 200C 
  • Gjate kesaj kohe fillojme pergatitjen e salces, 
  • Ne nje ene hedhim 4luge gjelle majoneze, lekuren dhe lengun e portokallit,gjithashtu mund ti hidhni perseri tabasko neqoftese deshironi 
  • Kur shohim qe filetot e pules jane gati I hedhim ne nje tigan dhe persiper I hedhim salcen, I leme per 5minuta dhe gjate kesaj kohe e trazojme vazhdimisht 
  • E leme pak per ftohje dhe e serviri
